In the working days with 10,00 till 19.00 our manager contacts the customer by contact phone specified in the order, or in the absence of such possibility - e-mail. After oral or written acknowledgement by the customer, the order is considered accepted in work.

The flowers delivery is carried out free of charge from 10.00 till.

The flowers delivery is carried out from 20.00 till for an additional payment.

The urgent flowers delivery is carried out for an additional payment within 3 hours.
