The guarantee

We try to work so that our buyers were happy with our work at all stages of performance of the order. And certainly, it has huge importance for such service, as delivery of gifts and colours. To each order, irrespective of its cost in our company the especial attention both all compositions and bouquets is paid are created only from the most qualitative and fresh colours.

However, if suddenly level of our service has seemed to you insufficient, please write to us. Your claim will arrive directly to a management and will be considered in an individual order.

After acknowledgement by our manager of your order, we guarantee qualitatively and in time to make delivery of your order. In case your order has not been confirmed by our manager within 2 days, it is automatically cancelled. After performance of your order we will give you the report on the done work (e-mail or by phone).

 

If we will not have a possibility to execute your order in full conformity with its description (for example quality of demanded colours available in a warehouse will seem to us insufficient), we reserve the right to itself to replace these goods on similar or better quality. All additional expenses in this case will be executed at our expense and cost of your order will not change.

We will try certainly, but unfortunately, we can not guarantee delivery of your gift with accuracy by certain o'clock. However you can specify, in what half of day we should доставть your order - the first or second half of day.

 

In case you have made decision to cancel the order more, than for one days, we guarantee to you return of your payment. In this case we will be compelled to keep 15 % from a total cost of the order.

There can be a situation when we cannot make delivery on one of specified below the objective reasons:

- The incorrect data of the customer (there is no possibility of contact communication)
       - The incorrect address of the addressee
       - The addressee is not present on a place at the moment of delivery
       - The addressee has refused your gift
In these cases, and also in case of cancellation of the order less, than for one days, money do not come back. According to your desire we can make delivery to other address, but птерензии, connected with change of time of delivery by us are not accepted.


In case the paid and issued order has not been delivered through our fault, we guarantee return of means to the customer in full.

 

"Photos of the addressee":
The photo of the addressee is done by our courier (the employee of a delivery service) in usual conditions, without use of additional external illumination on amateur digital cameras. In electronic form we send these photos on the e-mail address given by the customer.

However it is necessary to consider that such service cannot be guaranteed us as circumstances when the addressee will refuse to be photographed are possible, or there can be other conditions, able to make shooting impossible. Thus we all will try to execute completely your order in volume necessary for you.

If the customer gives us contact phone of the addressee, we necessarily contact it before delivery that the situation when the addressee is not present on a place at the appointed time delivery has not turned out. But if you have a desire to make a surprise, you should guarantee that the addressee, will be on a place during time of delivery stipulated by us.

If at the moment of delivery, despite stipulated time, the addressee it will not appear on a place, our courier has the right to transfer the order to the persons who are to the specified address, neighbours, or to leave for the addressee a note with the request to co-ordinate with us time of repeated delivery. In that case we objectively cannot accept the claim on quality of the order and delivery time.

 

Holidays
We convincingly ask you to make out whenever possible the order in advance. During the big holidays (New year, on March, 8th, on February, 14th) we do not guarantee order delivery "to the day" or "on the following day". In such days delivery of your gift in the specified terms is possible only after acknowledgement by our manager.

We constantly improve our work and we apply a maximum of efforts for qualitative performance of your desires.
